Prof Zoe Winters is clearly an expert in her field and inspired confidence with her approach and throughout our discussion . Her depth of knowledge and experience was clearly evident during the consultation but it was coupled with an extremely friendly and human approach which was a breath of fresh air ! She provided very helpful explanations, was happy to answer my questions and was genuinely interested in me as a person and in my health in a wider context . She was very professional & reassuring and ensured that I got the follow up that was required. She also gave me further additional information on breast health to read. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others and will hopefully be able to have my routine follow up checks with her going forward.
