I am totally indebted to Professor Winters for the high level of support she gave me both in the early diagnosis of my breast cancer condition and in the surgical follow up. At all times I felt confident that I was receiving from her the highest level of involvement in my case. Every step of the process was clearly and sympathetically explained, the procedure to be followed was outlined in detail and the post surgery follow up, excellent. I’m deeply conscious too of the privilege afforded me by the NHS in that she had undertaken to work alongside them for a period of time with patients like myself. In summary the whole experience was little short of superb.
