Professor David Reid took a great amount of time and trouble to explain my current situation, with osteoporosis, showing exemplary courtesy, sympathy and patience, after the radiographer Safaa, who also showed great kindness to me, had performed an up to date scan.
Kate has worked tirelessly to obtain all the information and images needed for this consultation and has been very helpful and always reassuring to me on the telephone. Thank you. I feel very fortunate to have been given the recommendation of Professor David Reid.
