Professor Reid is amazing! I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and I did not know what to do with regards to this until I saw Professor Reid: he put me at ease immediately with his vast level of knowledge and his practical approach. He is very understanding, sincere and funny; I felt like crying initially but he made me laugh! It was an exceptional experience from start to finish - he is world class! Kate - his PA - is also very helpful and responds so quickly to questions. Thanks Professor Reid and Kate.
