Professor David Reid and his Personal Assistant were both very helpful in organising the necessary Dexa scan for my osteoporotic condition. Lana the Radiographer, who gave me the scan, was also extremely informative, helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to deal with and be looked after by such highly professional people who skilfully combined their professionalism with caring and humane concerns. Knowing that Professor Reid is a renowned expert in the fields of Osteoporosis and Rheumatology filled me with complete confidence. Moreover I was very impressed that he contacted me directly and took the time to speak me personally, clearly explaining the best way forward in treating my condition.
