From the moment i met Mrs Johnson i felt at ease. She was very friendly and spent time going through my issues. Explaining what would happen once my surgery was scheduled. On the day of my operation, Mrs Johnson put me at ease, i was seen by memebers of her team, who were equally as good. She once again explained all the procedures, she carried out the procedure, talking to me throughout. Mrs Johnson is an exceptional person, she has a very good style and a good sense of humour. I could not reccommend her enough.
