Reviews
Vanash was very thorough in explaining the procedure beforehand.
He and his team then executed to the letter and I was discharged the next day.
A confident and competent pair of hands.
Polite, non judgemental, efficient and did a great job. I’m very thankful to have been under his care for my procedure. Other consultants have made me feel alienated for my condition before but not him
Mr Patel was very professional, kind and friendly and kept me updated several times throughout my stay at St. Thomas’ for a laparoscopic appendectomy.
I was admitted to hospital with a painful axillary abscess on a Saturday. Mr Patel was working overnight but none the less was very helpful in expediting my surgery overnight, in order to get me home the next morning and back to work for the Monday morning.
He came to see me with the anaesthetist preop and came to see me in the morning postop to let me know what he had done.
Mr Patel specifically operated in order to make my post op management as convenient as possible and clearly explained what I needed to do post op, something that was much appreciated.
I found Dr Vanash Patel to be a very caring, professional, and sympathetic person. My operation was for Rectal Cancer, and I now have a stoma.
