I find it impossible to say how pleased I was with my recent experience. I came is as an emergency and Mr Patel was kind, caring and welcoming. He explained what was going to happen and I was operated on a couple of hours later. He later explained what the procedure was in an easy to understand way and was very reassuring. It was a pleasure t see him when he was 'doing his rounds' and I felt reassured each time. Thank you.
