Mr Gadikoppula initially saw me in May 2019 and due to my ongoing engagements an appointment for Total Knee Replacement surgery was made for early October. I was admitted for surgery on 3-Oct-19 and was extremely impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of the whole team at the hospital. I was discharged to home after 3 days and my ongoing care was managed by Mr Gadikoppula until late November - (physiotherapy visits continued until late December) - and a final review will be held in May 2020. (It is worth noting that I have also elected to have the 2nd Knee replaced in October 2020 by Mr Gadikoppula's team.) Mr Gadikoppula, his team, the hospital and the continuing care that I have received continue to impress me. I am now (Jan 2020) virtually pain free and have about 85% of the mobility that I had hoped for - I need to continue with exercises to strengthen the muscles in the vicinity of the replaced Knee joint. I anticipate being 100% fit by the time of the final review in May 2020.
