When I saw Mr Gadikoppula I was in a terrible state, both physically and emotionally as I was in great pain, unable to sleep and disabled in that everyday simple tasks were now impossible to perform. Mr Gadikoppula patiently listened to me then he examined me and enquired about my symptoms, then he gave me a diagnosis of a frozen shoulder. He also explained how we could proceed to rectify the problems. He arranged for me to have a steroid injection in my right shoulder and physio within my community. I felt really reassured after our consultation and he made me feel valued.
