He gave a thorougth examination, asked lots of searching questions. Made me feel very confident that he would get to the bottom of my problem.
Very happy with the level of care provided by Mr Wilson, thank you!
Considerate and friendly .
Mr Willson was very helpful and listened to and answered all my questions. He was also friendly and kind which helped me feel less nervous discussing the surgery. I am not sure who I will be getting for my surgery and think it might be more reassuring if I met with the surgeon who was going to perform the surgery (even if this was after my consultation). However, I was reassured by meeting with Mr Willson and hope the other surgeons are just as capable and reassuring.
It's easy to complain, so I won't. I was seen 15 minutes after my appointment time, but what matters is that I had a thorough assessment and left the hospital feeling I had had every opportunity to ask questions, explain my situation and be sure that my concerns were addressed. I know what is happening next and I am confident about any choices or options being made. My most important needs were met. An excellent experience.
