Paul was compassionate through the whole process, from diagnosis, tests and surgery as well as aftercare. He has a gentle manner, giving all the information and leaving time for the information to be processed. Paul was respectful of decisions and did not try to persuade me in any direction. He has an excellent team of PA and medical staff. They were all very helpful. I had my first appointment at Charing Cross hospital and a subsequent one too. there was no difference whether it was NHS or private. I received the same compassionate care from him.
