Throughout my care I felt totally confident. All the information I was given, both verbally and in writing was very clear and I had every opportunity to clarify any points. I felt comfortable and well-cared for pre- and post- operation by everyone; Mr Masood, the anaesthetists, nursing and caring staff, physiotherapists, housekeeping and admin support. One of the physiotherapists seemed a little hesitant as they were quite young, but this didn’t detract from my care. I would highly recommend Mr Masood and the Wellesley Hospital
