Mr Joideep Phadnis has given me a new life thanks to the skill of himself and his amazing Team. I had so much pain in my right shoulder for a couple of years which resulted in me having a Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement. Within weeks I was so amazed at what I could do independently and thanks to the superb follow up from Mr Phadnisit was followed up with physio. I was so impressed (and indeed very assured) that Mr Phadnis really cares for his patients and the follow up appointment with him gave me great encouragement. My life is back to normal and it is so good not having to seek 'help' just for menial things. In fact, I am my worst enemy because IF I do have any pain, it is because I have overdone things myself nothing to do with the Operation. Thankyou Mr Phadnis you have given me my life back.

Mr Phadnis quickly diagnosed and addressed a long several long standing issues with my right shoulder. This was something that caused constant pain and interfered with sleep. I was delighted with the whole process from start to finish, with short timespan from the initial consultation, MRI scan, use of a steroid injection, and subsequent surgery. All of the condition appears resolved and I am very happy with the outcome.

In 2018 I shattered my elbow and also suffered a compound fracture in my arm. I had two operations to try and fix the damage but both failed. I was then referred to Mr Phadnis to see if there was any more specialist surgery that could help. I was naturally nervous about undergoing more surgery. Mr Phadnis took great care to thoroughly research options that would repair the damage and give me back greater use of my arm. He also took great pains to explain in detail what the surgery would involve, what the risks were and what I could expect as a result. Three months after the surgery I'm delighted with the results. I'm mostly pain free, I have as much mobility in my arm as I had pre-accident, my strength is building up each day and I'm already able to do nearly everything I could pre-accident. I'm really pleased with the results of my surgery and can't thank Mr Phadnis enough.
