Mr Phadnis has diagnosed and treated my 12 year old daughter for osteochondritis dissecans of the elbow the past 12 months. He diagnosed her quickly and supported her through the many months of non-operative treatment, knowing that this would give her the best chances of a good outcome, and his judgment has been spot-on. His care has been excellent throughout and has always listened and addressed our concerns about her condition and reassured us as necessary. She is now healed and starting to return to normal activities. He has also recently seen my other daughter for an elbow concern and treated her in the same excellent manner. My daughter also suggested that I add in that Mr Phadnis has been very kind at our consultations and I think that is entirely correct.
