This was an international online video consultation call. Mr Murphy was exactly on time. He had studied the X-rays and videos I had sent previously. After asking my expectations from the consultation, he listened intently, which made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed or talked ‘down to’. He gave me the diagnosis of my injury in clearly, understandable terms and was also very clear on what I needed to do to obtain full recovery. His confidence in me recovering full range of movement, was infectious and we finished the call with me feeling full of joy. His offer of me contacting him by email, should I have any follow up questions, was an act of real generosity of time. I cannot that Mr Murphy enough.
