Mr Jenkins provided excellent care prior, during and after my treatment. He was extremely compassionate when discussing the difficult consequences of the surgery which I required and clearly explained the procedure and reason for the approach being taken. I felt fully supported and had the opportunity to discuss my concerns and questions prior to my surgery. Throughout my recovery, Mr Jenkins was closely connected to the nursing staff and duty doctors, and regularly visited to check on my progress. It was reassuring to know that Mr Jenkins was always involved in my care and ensured that any issues which arose were quickly addressed.
