Mr Polyzois was quick to diagnose my problem and moved swiftly to get the relevant investigations completed and scheduled me for surgery on a complicated shoulder injury. He was clear about the prognosis and the recovery period from the outset. The surgery was successful and my recovery has been as Mr Polyzois predicted.
