This doctor is a friendly and caring doctor. Mr Atkinson made me feel at ease when discussing the procedure and my condition as well as treating me with such respect. When I first met him my left knee was really bad with pain, the doctor completed a total knee procedure and the straightening of the leg which I am really pleased with. After a few months i returned for my second knee to be done which I am currently recovering from. I am extremely pleased with this doctors work and have nothing but praise for him.

I was referred to Mr. Atkinson as a NHS patient at the private BMI hospital in Enfield. I had just had a knee replacement on my left knee, but the surgeon had signed me off only 6 weeks after the operation despite the knee not bending properly. Mr Atkinson took over my care and subsequently carried out 2 manipulations, which sorted out the problem. Mr. Atkinson has now carried out a knee replacement on my right knee and 2 manipulations, and both knees are now fine. I am pain free and able to walk and stand normally again. It has given me a new lease of life.I am really grateful to Mr. Atkinson for his excellent care and expertise. Everything was exlained fully to me and my questions answered at every stage. His pleasant manner and personality was always a great plus.

Mr Atkinson conducted an mpfl surgery for me in May 2019 and I am really happy with the results. The consultation pre-op was in detail and he was very meticulous in his findings. The surgery was a success and he was and still is very supportive post-op. I’m now sprinting again and will hopefully be back playing football. I definitely recommend Mr Atkinson to those wishing to undergo a surgery.

Dr. Atkinson went above and beyond his duty in treatment, communication and personality. Aside from taking on the surgery, he helped me get a donor ligament. Receiving donor ligaments are tough to justify for doctors. Always listened to me and available to speak. Finally, very charasmatic and funny such that I looked forward to seeing him and was very comfortable with him.
