I went to Mr Atkinson back in 2017 when I was having major problems with Arthritis in my right knee. He performed an arthroscopy- this gave me relief but this was short term. I went back and discussed my options and was pleased that Mr Atkinson offered me a full knee replacement which was carried out in September 2018. It has been a long journey as my leg healed I had scar tissue that prevented my knee healing, again Mr Atkinson listened and offered me a solutions to my knee not straightening - finally offering me another arthroscopy in February 2019. Mr Atkinson has always listened to me and spent time explaining the procedures and showing me scans and pictures of the procedures so I can see my progress.
