Grenville was kind and listened carefully to what I told him. His report was detailed, and he took the time to explain his reasons for his diagnosis as well as the diagnostic criteria, which I found very helpful. I was very anxious about seeing a psychiatrist as I had had unhelpful experiences with them in the past, but Grenville's manner and tone were kind and reassuring.
