I broke my shoulder in December in the Canary Islands and when I came back at the beginning of January I went to see Mr Ibrahim who informed me that, following an X-ray, I had broken my shoulder in 4 places and needed a reverse shoulder operation. This was scheduled for a week later but then I caught Covid and he couldnt operate for another 5 weeks. I found him, during this very difficult time for me, to be most sympathetic and kind and after the operation he continued to be caring and kind and would listen carefully to everything I had to say. My shoulder is now doing very well (thanks to him)and I am very grateful for all his help and would highly recommend him
