I was very nevous about having an ankle replacment but Mr. Dawe was very supportive and was very happy to discuss everything in detail. He was also very easy to chat with generally which put me at my ease. His skills of surgery and the support from others including very succesful physio. treatment and advicde on exercises to carry out at home have made the operation so successful that I really forget the problems I was having in walking without pain.
