I saw Mr Makki last spring following an accident where I damaged my shoulder July 2020 - once I had a diagnosis Mr Makki fully explained the options available to me - and the resulting implications if I took no action at all - following his advice I had an operation last September and six months on I am pain free but continue to do physio therapy for the future - Mr Makki was very patient and sympathetic and always willing to listen to my questions

After being in pain with a frozen shoulder for 18mths and having lost 80% use of my arm, i was finally referred to Dr Makki. He was sympathetic, understanding and was absolutely certain of the direction my treatment had to go. After finally getting my required treatment i now have better movement in my arm, less pain and more confidence that it will carry on improving. I would definitely recommend Dr Makki to anyone in the same situation as me

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the excellent care I received from Mr Makki. I saw him firstly as an NHS patient and subsequently as a private one. There was no distinction at either time in the quality of his attention, professionalism and sheer dedication to restoring the use of my hand. In truth, I do think he could he could have done more than he did. He has a real gift of being able to relate to people. He was friendly and listened from the outset. Thank you so much.

He explained everything to me, what to expect . He showed me photos after my operation explaining in details what was done.I was well at ease before and after the op. I would definitely recommend uthis hospital and doctor Makki.
