I felt that Mr. Makki showed real concern for my issue. Through a number of consultancies he explained the reason for my condition and what the treatment options were. This was a bad time as appointments were being delayed by Covid-19, but he saw me and managed to operate within a few months. I felt that it was easy to ask questions and discuss my condition with Mr. Makki
