Its fair to say that all NHS staff are truly wonderful and have certainly gone through hell and back these past couple of years. I like many have sadly needed to visit and use the incredibly wonderful service provided by the NHS. I have meet some truly incredible people, nurses, ambulance crew, surgens to name but a few. Somebody wrote that My Makki provided a unique service where the smallest of gestures made the world of difference to them, well its true. My operation was cancelled and Mr Makki personally came to me and told me why, he not only took the time to explain my whole procedure but came to see me every day until my operation. Pre and post operative care has been nothing short of brilliant and I have truly felt cared for and respected, so thank Mr Makki for your care, your experience, knowledge and kindness. Please make constructive suggestions on how they could improve to give even greater care. I believe that many could learn from Mr Makki and his team he/they are their own centre of excellence.
