Mr Parkar greeted me cordially and listened intently to my concerns. His examination of my L Knee was thorough and the prognosis and treatment options were delivered in a clear and concise way.
I cannot recommend Mr Parker highly enough and I feel in safe hands when surgery comes.

I cannit recommend Mr Asif Parkar highly enough!. He is kind, caring and an excellent surgeon. He was genuinely interested in all aspects of my case. My scar is good too and I have a good bend after he recommended an MUA.

Mr Parkar and his team were wonderful. Before my total knee replacement I was told all about the procedure and what to expect. After the care was outstanding as was the physiotherapy, exercise and advice. Ten weeks on my knee is feeling really good. Mr Parkar saw me and xrayed both knees and was happy with my replacement. He has advised me that my other knee also needs replacing and will be able to operate on it. Thank you Mr Parkar as you have given me confidence that soon I will be able to go back to work, thus giving me peace of mind and a lot less pain.

I had a full knee replacement and it was done by Mr Parkar at the Nuffield hospital Brentwood. Mr Parkar did a really good job on my knee I was back home after just 2 days.it as now been 8 weeks since my replacement and it as all gone so well .I have just had my back up appointment with Mr Parkar and everything is fine.I would highly recommend Mr Parkar as a surgeon to anyone having this procedure done absolutely first-class.

Mr Asif Parker did a hip replacement operation on me 1st May 2024, prior to this l was in a lot of pain, he is a brilliant surgeon he also listens to what you say & ask if you have any concerns. I would highly recommend Mr Parker he makes you feel totally comfortable and if needed, hopefully not, l would definitely request for Mr Parker.

Mr Parkar was trained through the prestigious Royal London Trauma & Orthopaedic training rotation programme. He has done fellowships at the Barts health NHS trust, London, Guy’s and St. Thomas’s NHS foundation trust, London and a north American fellowship based in Calgary. These are level one trauma centres and tertiary referral centre for complex Orthopaedic procedures.
His NHS practice is based at Queen’s Hospital and King George Hospital, London. His practice is mainly focussed around sports knee injuries, ligament reconstruction and computer assisted joint replacement for patients with existing deformities. He is one of the few surgeons in the country with fellowship training in performing hip replacement through direct anterior approach. He is also the infection control lead for the department.
He has been actively involved in research and has published his work in several peer reviewed journals. He has a degree in computer and robotic assisted joint replacement. He has a holistic and evidence based approach towards patients care.
Mr Parkar was awarded certificate of excellence for providing great care "I want great Care" in 2022 & 2023. He was also awarded trainer of the year 2022 through Royal National Orthopaedic Stanmore Training Programme for registrars.
