When I first met Mr Parker I was in quite a lot of pain in my left knee and after a few visits he gave me options as to what I could do to help out , I opted for a half knee replacement which has worked out very well for me I took his advice and am glad I did Going in hospital for the operation was a big thing for me as I hate hospital especially when it’s for me and having the surgery was a scary thing as I was told all about the horrible stories that one hears on how you hear everything and fell stuff when in the operating room Total rubbish I never heard or felt anything and I didn’t see anything either. Top marks you made me feel at home and put my mind to rest as well even in the operating theatre I have just seen Mr Parker again today as I have been discharged from the hospital. AGAIN A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU AND ALL OF THE TEAM KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and if ever I need another knee I hope it’s you and the team I get. Melvin Franks
