I was suffering from a chronic posterior anal fissure for many months. I finally decided to do something about and I saut out Dr. Gupta as he had many qualifications and loads of positive reviews. Dr Gupta first prescribed treatment with topical ointments and followed by Botulinum injection. This unfortunately was not successful. On 06 December 2021 Dr Gupta performed a Lateral Sphincterotomy. This surgery was very successful! Truly the pain I was in had subsidised. It was the difference between night and day really. I could not Recommend Dr. Gupta enough!
