From the moment I met Mr Jowett I felt listened to for the first time in months! I was in dreadful pain following an ankle joint and leg injury that hadn’t healed and Mr Jowett was reassuring and kind. Despite being in the midst of the pandemic, surgery was scheduled for March 2021. The recovery has been hard and painful but I have felt supported all the way. Following a period of physio, I told Mr Jowett my aim was to walk 10km free from pain. I’m delighted to say that a few weeks ago, I walked 12 km, on unstable terrain, with no pain. I am delighted and would highly recommend Mr Jowett and his kind and helpful secretary, Tanya. Thank you so much, Nichola
