Dr Jessica Bate has been exceptional from Day 1. Her knowledge on our daughters disease has been amazing and really insightful to us; where Jessica needed advice she left no stone unturned and spoke to the experts on the disease including a Dr in France. She shows empathy and compassion at a time when its most needed. Her decision making has meant Holly our daughter is doing so much better. We thank her very much.

She’s such a great lovely Doctor. I always feel safe with her. She helped me and my daughter Tola when we were in difficult situation and thought all hope were lost. She’s the best.

Dr Bate is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and very human at the same time. She explained to us every step of the treatment and took the needed amount of time to make sure we fully understood everything. She is very caring. I absolutely recommend her.

Jessica has been looking after me for 6weeks now and she has been amazing helping me understand my disease. She is always so positive and friendly. She shows that she really cares about me as a person and she has made this experience the best it could be! Knowing that I'm going to be in hospital for a while, I feel safe and lucky that Dr Jessica is looking after me.
