Dr Bates is an excellent doctor, she is very thorough and very gentle in her nature. Dr Bates has provided my daughter with excellent care and has valued her as an individual with individual needs. Dr Bates has made the most challenging time in our lives alot easier and bearable though her professionalism and care, i can not recommend her high enough.
