Jessica has always shown immense care and understanding through our situation and always ensures she explains everything in a clear and easy to understand way. From the beginning of our sons diagnosis she was the first person to offer positive and kind words to help us through a difficult time in a friendly manner that certainly makes us and our son feel much more at ease. We feel the support she has given us has been second to none.
