Miss Pappa performed minor surgery on my ear at Queens Hospital. From the moment the appointment was made, right up until our follow up discussion after surgery, I cannot say that I have received a more -professional service from any organisation. The welcome team on the day really made me feel at ease and could not do more to settle a patient. Miss Pappa herself was always very clear in explaining what would happen and her team completed the operation with skill and care, always giving me the choice to know exactly what was going on. Exactly as promised, Miss Pappa called afterwards to give me the results, once again very clearly explaining the outcome. The whole team at Queens have been exceptional and I would highly recommend Miss Pappa to anybody needing her particular skill set. Thank you!
