I saw Dr Odina last week.I feel very disappointed in the standard of care.I was rushed to explain my symptoms,she showed no empathy and I was left feeling worse than I started.It seemed so obvious she just wanted to get to the next patient. I asked her for a drink of water and she pointed out to the sink behind her in order to explain that this is where she washes her hands as well as she doesn't drink from this water. She wont even get out of her chair,she made me go outside to the reception desk,queue up and ask the receptionist if I could have some,whilst feeling at my lowest,faint and very tearful. She saw another patient in between,then called me back in,I faced the same situation,I was not given time to talk,I wasn't made comfortable or reassured to explain what was wrong with me. I feel that I was mistreated,she lacked professionalism...deeply disappointed.
