Dr Alam was nothing short of incredible. He was clam and reassuring, taking a personal interest in both his patient (my wife) and I. His relaxed demeanor gave us lots of confidence. He clearly explained not only his role in the operation but what we could expect to experience from the surgeons. When our baby was born he took my phone and captured the first moments of us meeting him. His action were way "above the call of duty" and I am forever grateful for this. As a medical professional and all round great guy - thank you Dr Alam for everything you did for my wife, myself and out son!
