All the staff at this practice are really nice. It would be fantastic if they were able to expand the practice. I have seen Dr Naqvi twice. The first time was when I had been called in after some blood tests and he just told me straight out that I had a long term condition. He didn't break the news gently and I was quite upset. The second time I saw him he listened to my issues and was quickly able to help by doing a small procedure in the room straight away, which has really helped with me cope better with pain I am suffering with. Overall I would rate him highly despite his slightly brusque straightforward manner.

Dr Naqvi’s quite and calm approach to patients immediately put me at ease. I have previously undergone an endoscopy but felt the whole process was clinical, this was not my experience with Dr Naqvi and his team who appeared to genuinely care. Thank you all

I had an endoscopy and was terrified and full of anxiety. This doctor and his team of nurses reassured me the whole way and helped to make decisions I wouldn’t on my own. I couldn’t thank them enough for all the reassurance of the whole team! Thank you so much!

The Doctor explained what he was going to do and made a rather unpleasant experience much better. The Doctor and 2 nurses in attendance were very caring and looked after me very well. I have to have the procedure again and will not be at all concerned.
