Being anxious is to be expected and I voiced my concerns which were taken seriously and addressed.
The procedure once the local anaesthetic was administered was painless and actually totally amazing.

I was a very nervous and anxious patient. Dr Naqvi was incredibly reassuring with me and really put me at my ease. He was very gentle and I didn't feel a thing. Afterwards he personally spoke to me to discuss the findings as he knew I was worried. I can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Naqvi performed an endoscopy on me on 15th. November 2018 and I was completely happy with the way he and his team carried out the procedure. I have had several endoscopies and can truthfully say that this was the most comfortable. My thanks to all concerned.

Seen by Dr Naqvi for endoscopy in the morning, rung by my GP in the afternoon and picked up prescription, all in the same day.
Dr Naqvi and his team treated me with genuine care and respect, keeping me informed, involved and relaxed at all times.
I am pleased to recommend Dr Naqvi and the Suffolk Community Endoscopy Unit.

I am a Physician and an Endoscopist.
I started my career as a hospital doctor in Ireland.
I spent nearly a decade in Ireland working in General Medicine at various places including Mullingar, Portlaoise, Roscommon, Nenagh, Drogheda and Dundallk
In 2001 I moved to the UK to train and work as a General Practitioner.
My first job in the UK was in Ayreshire Scotland.
After completing my training, I was employed by Northampton Primary care trust where I was involved in training nurse practitioners and Paramedics.
I moved to Chelmsford in 2006 to join a GP partnership.
I also started working at a local community endoscopy unit.
Medicine is my passion and I always try to provide the best possible healthcare to my patients.
It gives me great pleasure and immense satisfaction when I am able to help someone and bring a smile on their face.
Beside medicine, I love spending time with my family.
I follow football very passionately and support Arsenal football club.
