It was my first experience of an endoscopy....and although I can't say it is the most pleasant procedure; the Dr and nursing staff were very reassuring. The local anaesetic reminded me of my childhood, a combination of air-fix glue and bananas!! What was excellent is that the Dr gave you a full and detailed report of his findings and advice on how I should manage the symptoms.

I am seen by this doctor annually to assess Barretts Oesophagus with a Gastroscopy. As always there is a wait to be seen but that aside the procedure was carried as professionally as it could have been. The staff make you as comfortable as they can. The doctor explains there and then want he has found and the implications thereof. No one looks forward to these procedures but this Doctor and this Clinic make it as bearable as it could be.

Dr Naqvi and his team at the Inhealth endoscopy centre performed an endoscopy on me yesterday.I was extremely impressed by the efficiency ,friendliness of the team and the way they explained the procedure and outcome.I was a bit worried about the procedure but as soon as you meet the first member of staff you are put at ease. Many thanks to the way Dr Naqvi promptly did the procedure and explained the findings to me whilst still completing the endoscopy. Also many thanks to Debbie explaining the definition and aftercare following the procedure.I conclude by saying they make avery good team and allay any worries as much as they possibly can. Thanks Robert Westacott
