Calm polite and respectful AND most importantly knowledgeable about his field. Went at my pace and provided me with advice that has worked and made my life/illness a lot more manageable.

I had my second upper endoscopy with Dr Naqvi this week and I have to say on both occasions I found Dr Naqvi extremely professional and I was put at ease throughout. No doubt due to Dr Naqvi's skills, the procedure was very comfortable and I had no pain at all. I was not sedated and chose instead to have the nasal spray which worked very well An hour later, I was out for lunch with my wife.

I am a colleague of Dr Naqvi but on this occasion I was his patient! Being on the 'otherside' was somewhat daunting, especially undergoing a transnasal endoscopy without sedation. But I can say I managed it because of Dr Naqvi's very calming attitude, aided by a great team of nurses. I would recommend them all :) Thank you, it was a breeze!!!!

I needed to have an endoscopy and was extremely anxious and tearful as I was suffering similar symptoms as my mum who I'd recently lost to stomach cancer. Dr Tipu Naqvi and his team were fantastic, he even came to talk to me in the waiting room before the procedure as he knew how nervous I was. During the procedure he talked through every step and thankfully the results were clear. Thank you so much for the care and support you gave a very nervous 50 year old!!
