I attended Braintree Community Hospital this afternoon for an endoscopy. I was nervous but I needn't have been. The care I received by all the staff today was nothing short of wonderful. The nurses were thorough, attentive, and very reassuring throughout the whole process. Dr Tipu Naqvi and his team in the procedure room explained everything to me every step of the way. I want to thank the whole team for looking after me. It's a wonderful hospital to be treated at.
