The standard of care given in the endoscopy unit at Braintree Community Hospital was excellent. All the nursing staff, without exception, who dealt with me took their time to talk to me, explain what was going to happen and listen to any concerns I had. They were professional but kept a warm, caring attitude. Dr Naqvi explained clearly what he would be doing, listening and answering any concerns that I had. He was very professional but kept a caring and reassuring approach with me which helped to keep me relaxed. He explained all what he was doing during the procedure. I felt very safe with Dr Naqvi and his team, with the care and treatment being of a very high and excellent standard.
