If you are the consultant who had treated me at mile end hospital 2010-2011, i just want to let you know how much i appreciate your help so i can be well now. I cant thank you enough for your expert care and kind words and all you did for me. Thinking how much effort your team had put into me i will definitely not give up. I will look after myself well and help others whenever i can.
