Very friendly and caring doctor. I was so nervous about this appointment but he really put me at ease, had lots of positive suggestions.
I found my appointment with Dr Denny to be very useful. Dr Denny was attentive, professional, and compassionate throughout the consultation. I feel like he achieved a good understanding of the nature of my problem and came up with several suggestions which I expect will be useful to me going forward. I would definitely recommend Dr Denny.
Dr Roger's was absolutely fantastic. He put me at ease straightaway as was very understanding. We discussed my history and started to build a picture from there - he couldn't of been more thoughtful and he provided clear insights to explain things, whilst been very positive which gave me a lot of hope. I am very pleased I was able to see him and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Denny was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He really listened to what I had to say and took the time needed to consider my history, and bring everything together to recommend next steps that would help me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone experience and knowledgable, particularly if you are feeling a bit anxious about opening up to someone new. It’s not always easy talking in depth but he is friendly and genuinely cares about finding the best outcome for you.

I am a Consultant Psychiatrist. I was an NHS Consultant in Adult Mental Health for over 20 years and now work privately.
I trained as a doctor at Bristol University. I have a degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Psychotherapy. I became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1996 and a Fellow of the College a decade ago.
I make sure my patients receive a comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatment. In addition to prescribing medication, my psychodynamic approach helps to understand how past experiences relate to present difficulties. This can often be the key to recovery.
