I had a op to repair my rotator cuff on the 3/6/21. I was very nervous as op had been cancelled on 3 occasion's. He put my mind at rest and talked me through the whole process of the pain blocker in my neck and anesthetic. He changed the atmosphere in the anesthetic room. Everyone was very reassuring .Great job and many thanks
