Dr Naqvi is a wonderful doctor. She listens carefully to concerns from my two children with congenital heart conditions as well as we parents and considers how to manage worries and expectations. Dr Naqvi considers the whole patient for example she avoided arranging tests just before my son's GCSE exams so he would not worry about them during his exams. Dr Naqvi sends out useful letters describing the results of tests within a short time and advises the next steps as well as future expectations. Dr Naqvi is very good at explaining in terms we can understand the heart condition and how the medical team decide when to operate and other treatments available.
