My 6 year old daughter has recently been referred to see Dr Ottayil. She was nervous and shy upon walking into his room and he instantly made her feel at ease and spoke to her at her level and made her feel more relaxed. As a mother i also feel i received lots of useful information and Dr Ottayil took the time to explain my daughters condition to me in some detail. I felt reassured that my daughter was in capable hands and she left his room with a smile on her face feeling very happy.
