I had a few appointments with Dr Hasan which went ok, but a few days after a procedure I had a couple of questions about medication and a concern I had about an ongoing condition. I contacted him via email and his responses I found to be very rude and unprofessional. He accused me of having 'severe anxiety' and after I questioned as to what he meant regarding that statement he told me that his email is not a 'Q&A session'! It is very clear that this consultants interest in the patient very much ends when the appointment is over.
Dr Hasan was most helpful in confirming my CT Scan diagnosis on the same day it was carried out and was instrumental in getting me seen by an associate of his within 48 hours.
This meant my Whipple Procedure surgery could be carried out in a timely manner and for that I’m extremely grateful as it will allow me to get on with my life.
The courtesy and dignity extended to me show him to be a wonderful example of the caring profession and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for his services
Holistic approach to my illness, kind caring and not brushing aside my concerns and potentially insignificant complaints.
thorough and very knowledgeable.
good communications, didn't feels rushed at all!
felt safe and in good hands.
I can say without a doubt, Dr Hasan is one of very few consultants I have come across who is not only an excellent and thorough clinician, but a true gentleman and so humble in his manner. Being a GP myself, I rarely come across such approachable consultants and Dr Hasan challenged my thinking about my own diagnosis in a respectful, thought provoking way. His genuine care for his patients and tremendous clinical aptitude is somewhat a rarity and highly commendable. I would go on to refer my own patients to him as well as recommend him to other friends/colleagues who sought after excellence in gastroenterology. I thank him for his care, and wish him all the best in his career.
I have known Dr Hasan since 2002 as a colleague and a thorough gentleman.
He has recently worked with me as consultant colleague and I found him energetic, humble and caring individual along with a thorough physician and gastroenterologist. He has attitude of helping others out of capacity and goes well along with team.
I wish him best of luck in all endeavours.
