Dr Grosser is an outstanding Cardiologist. He has an open mind and is very inclusive about explaining
procedures and made me feel safe when I was afraid. He is very efficient and will leave no stone unturned in order to deliver a positive outcome. I have Heart Failure/AF complicated by Hypothyroidism. When I first met Dr Grosser I struggled to walk across the room. Yesterday I ran for an approaching train at Canterbury West, up the steps and over the footbridge carrying a bag of groceries! Enough said.

Today I had my pacemaker fitted by dr Grosser.I was very nervous about having this procedure,however should not have worried at all.
I was admitted about 8.15,walked into theatre at 9.15,was out of theatre at 10.45 then home around 3.30 pm.
Dr Grosser was fantastic throughout what a change from some surgeons,he listens puts you at ease,is very calm and has a fantastic sense of humour.
During my procedure I didn't know what to expect as I knew I would be awake throughout.Dr Grosser had me at ease throughout by chatting to me.I felt a slight tugging sensation but NO pain what so ever,I have had worst experiences at the dentist!
I would like to thank dr Grosser and if I have to have any type of heart surgery in the future will be requesting he performs it and will recommend to anyone else needing this type of surgery to do the same.
What a lovely caring gentleman.

From my initial consultation, my two subsequent appointments, one for a Cardio Angiogram and the second for an insertion of a pacemaker, I found Dr Grosser’s professionalism to be second to none. He discussed with me my problem and each time explained thoroughly the procedures he was going to undertake. He has a very amiable personality which puts you at ease during your time in hospital.
