I chose a private consultation with Dr Grosser after reviewing his CV on-line following the experience of severe chest pains; knowing that I had a historic issue with my aortic valve. He quickly diagnosed the seriousness of the situation and determined that a heart value replacement along with a coronary artery by-pass graft was necessary following an angiogram that he conducted. He was always clear in his explanation of the situation and took time to provide information to allow me to make informed decisions, all delivered with a good and appropriate sense of humour which was most helpful. After my operation the follow-up consultancy was highly informative regarding medication and how to enjoy life going forward with recommendations for tracking my own cardiac health. I shall be returning to Dr Grosser on an annual basis for check-ups. I do not hesitate to highly recommend him.

The dr had plenty of time to give me all the info I needed prior to my angiogram and afterwards. He delivered with confidence and humour.

I was admitted (Wed 14/11/2018) via A & E at the William Harvey Hospital direct to an Operating/X-ray suite within thirty minutes of arrival following a heart attack on the M20. Dr Grosser introduced himself and immediately put me at ease. He briefly described the problems I was experiencing and said I would require a stent fitting in an artery that was blocked with a blood clot. Throughout the operation he informed me about every aspect of my problem. A second stent was fitted prior to my transfer to the CCU for observation. At no time did I feel unsure about what was being done and I felt 100% sure I was receiving first class care. Dr Grosser is a credit to his profession and I have him to thank for my chance of a full recovery. Charles Gordon Collier.

Dr Grosser was an excellent practitioner, he was calm and kept me a ease throughout the procedure. He and his team were very supportive explaining what they were doing and showing me the results after the completion of the procedure. Given he had to deal with two emergency heart attack admissions during my time at the hospital he was the personification of calm.

Thank you for your kind feed-back. Yes, it was a busy afternoon with the emergency work having to be prioritised. Thank you for your patience as you had to wait quite a bit.
